His professional experience includes a position in Higher Education, State Government Administration, and Founder and President of an e-learning company. He has served as Principal Investigator on two Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) programs and has played key roles in the creation of web-based training programs in the non-profit and government sectors. His references from these past positions respect him greatly -- as a thinker and developer, a leader and a doer. Dr. Kraus has presented his work on topics such as training implementation, podcasting, adaptive learning, and instructional design, and has been an active Blogger since 2004. He is also starting to write our Globaloria-WV Blog next week! You writes the Globaloria Blog on topics such as Globaloria Program's potential contribution to WV education, economic development, and to the innovation economy.

As a native West Virginian, Dr. Kraus recognizes the potential of its people, and is proud to call the Mountain State home. He is the father of two and the husband of a third-grade West Virginia teacher. Lee is a hands-on entrepreneurial leader, an instructional software developer, and therefore also an excellent role model for all our WV students!
