What is the Live Help Desk?

The Live Help Desk is a real time support service that allows you and your students to contact a live person via instant messenger for help with your Flash and Game design questions. We use Gtalk and Skype for this.

How do my students and I get in touch with the Help Desk?

1. Send an e-mail or IM to: "globaloriahelpdesk@gmail.com" on Gtalk

Setting up a Gtalk account

2. Call or chat with "Globaloria" on Skype

Follow Steps on Skype

"What are the Help Desk hours of operation?"

Globaloria Live Help Desk is open Monday-Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time.

What is an ExpertLive Session?

ExpertLive Session is where you, the educator, asks us for support with any part of the Globaloria program. We then hook you and your students up with an Expert.

How do I schedule an ExpertLive and how is it going to be able to help me?

These sessions are then scheduled based on your requests and during a time convenient for you and your students. We set up a Webex session where you and your students can ask questions to the expert and be guided through solutions.

Email David to set up a session: david at WorldWideWorkshop dot org
