GOAL: Create a flash movie about MyGLife with background, character, animation and a text message
IDEAS for movie content (group brainstorming)
* Use the Discussion Tab to talk to a user * Paper Prototype as a first planning step * Get kids to fill in their progress on a progress chart * Uploading a file -- unique name and not too big * Wiki Etiquette * Group roles -- strong leader, matching strengths to roles * How to create a new page on the wiki through Search and by creating a link to something that is not there yet * Teacher's role as co-learner and "Guide on the side" * Ad for attracting students to game making course * Terms in Flash: keyframes, timeline, layers, library, symbols, ActionScript * FLA vs. SWF * Making original sound
