White House Runners
CIVICS GAME CONCEPT
- The function concept that is the hardest to teach in our game is about the responsibilities of Secretary of War. We think it is diffulcult to teach about it because the position is the civilian head of the U.S. War Department which is responsible to the President for the organization, maintenance, equipment, and operations of the U.S. Army. Our game teaches this concept to upper elementary and lower middle school because the children probably don't know this concept. We think that the kids need to learn this concept so if they go to college and they want to be teachers, then they will know about the responsibilites of Secretary of War. So when our game is done, we hope that you will love our game and that you will learn something about the Secretary of War!!!!
