8/18/10 Welcome to the class: Students will work on completing all tasks as assigned. We will working on a game. There will be a list of categories with specific items to choose from. Always remember to be careful not to offend groups, religions, and/or people in any way. Mrs. Chenoweth
8/19/10 Forms are distributed and given out. The forms must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian and returned by 8/24/10 for points. Mrs. Chenoweth
8/24/10 Globaloria forms are due today. The teacher will demonstrate how to set up your wiki page, blog and learning log; as well as how respond to your weekly blog prompt in your game category (25 points), compose a blog submission (25 points), fill out your learning log (25 points), and respond to anyone who has commented on your blog (10 points) Mrs. Chenoweth
9/02/10 Complete the Play to Learn Category in Game Design Projects:
  • Please be sure to choose two games to review
  • In the Users Gallery, choose your name, log in and edit the playing to learn page;
    • Answer all question on the page in complete sentences, with correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and word usage.
    • Be sure to save your page when you are finished.
9/03/10 From now until the end of the year you will be required to:
  • Post once a week to the Blog, using the blog prompt at http://cheriglobaloria.blogspot.com/; but you can blog more often.
  • Make sure you respond to your weekly blog prompt that you find on my blog (25 points)
  • Respond to two classmates and to anyone who has commented on your blog (10 points)
  • Fill out your learning log daily, or by category (25 points)
